2. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter form (name and email), as well as browsing data, device data, truncated IP address and language preferences collected via analytical cookies when you give your consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to send you communications about projects, guides and Argentine real estate news, to analyse site usage, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. The legal basis is your free, specific and informed consent, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Protection of Personal Data.
4. Retention and recipients
We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active and for a subsequent period of up to 24 months for statistical purposes. We may share data with infrastructure, transactional email and analytics providers acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements.
