The site provides general information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and allows subscription to a newsletter. It does not constitute financial, tax or legal advice, and does not in itself configure a public offering of securities under Argentine Law 26.831 on Capital Markets.
3. Newsletter registration
By subscribing you declare that the information provided is truthful, that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in each email.

All participation in real estate projects involves risks. Results depend on the evolution of each work, market conditions, regulatory framework and macroeconomic factors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless consumer protection regulations establish another jurisdiction.
